I have paid and ordered (Order No 22073) Fandango Purple Katan Silk saree and another suit on this site 01.03.2022 for Rs. 35, 368 and i was contacted by the seller that the ordered color saree was not available with stock so they shall send an closer color of it. And I received the saree (Rs.29, 000) on 14.03.2022 and found it to be a different color and quality than shown from the image and details. When I raised a return request immediately within one hour of receival and contacted the seller regarding the returns. I was stated that the product cannot be returned as as per company policy.
They are cheating the customers by promising different quality and design and making to pay huge sum amounts and sending different cheap products without return policies. This is being a huge online scam which has to be stopped immediately to safeguard the victim customers like me.
