Shopeyard.com — I did online payment but I didn't get the order.

Iam booked and payed for five book worth rs 948 on 02/06/18 in shopeyard com. But still there is not any confirmation or information about my order. Till now i didn't get the order. I tried to call customer care and the number is not working. I wrote emails to shopeyard for the status and no response from shopeyard. I'm totally dissatisfied with service
