Shopeyard.com — product #[protected] not received

I had placed an order on 17th june 2018 with order no #[protected]. Estimated arrival was before 29th june but i haven't received my order until now. Costumer support number doesn't work. I have left many emails at [protected]@shopeyard.com but they didnt bother to reply.
This is completely irresponsible on their part playing with the time and money of students.
Now i just want the refund of my money.

guys please beware of online fraudsters claiming to be company employees who get your details from such forums and call you assuring the refund of the money and asking for your debit card details for refund.
I posted a complaint on 5th june 12.30 pm and at 4.00 pm i received a call from shopeyard employee(disguise) and asked for my debit card details in order to process the return.
