Shopify — I got different product than I ordered from https://hetvishop.myshopify.com/

I ordered products from Hetvi shop powered by Shopify url: https://hetvishop.myshopify.com/ and got different products of worth 1/10 amount. I tries to send mail for refund but i am not getting any response from them even though they have their return policy of 30 days.
