Shopify (modern Cloth Shop) — Unreceived Order

I had ordered shirt from Modern Cloth Shop store on shopify on 29th Jan. It's been a week and I haven't received the order.. And there is no reply for any mails. Now, when I try to check the website, it's showing the shop isnt available.Please take actions regarding this.
