Shopify — Online shopping fraud

I shop for online womens wear from Myshopify site. i received confirmation order message also on same day but after that website is not available for tracking the order. still not received my order. I complaint for tracking order on help.[protected]@yahoo.com but still there is no response from them

And without resolving, how can they even mark it as Resolved. I was cheated for Rs.596/-
