Shopify — The company itself--lazy, incompetent

We have been trying for nearly 3 months to resolvepassword issue...yes i forgot it...but then when i did remember and tried to login the Shopify website blocks me because I haven't been to my own site for 3 months. So weeks and weeks or email after email, submission of company documents, addresses, statments showing site fee paid and everything else...these ### can't figure out anything to make things better. I said hey sned a temp password to me via email, let's try that...did they? Noooooo it was too difficult...then we start getting emails that our payment for the site failed...hmmm...odd right since the card we use for auto pay doesn't expire until 2026...and has more than enough CREDit to pay the monthly fee...so then we start getting all these obscure emails...charging us with fraud...shutting down the site, but I notice that the email address being used is our secondary email on the account...and the only way to get that email is if Shopify has been HACKed...hey SHOPIFY have you been HACKed? AGAIN?

In any case, here we are 3 months on and not one resolution has come from Shopify...further to our argument that they are lazy and incompetent...not one person is really accountable but they still make millions off of all o[censored]s.
