Shopishy — Non delivery of items

I am an armed Forces Officer and had ordered a combo of Sunglasses in addition to a Mobile Phone. I had paid for the same in advance through net banking. My order number is 113558. However after more than ten days of placing the order I have neither received a phone call nor any information about my item. The mobile number which i received post placing my order, for customer support is either switched off or busy. Kindly delivert my item or refund my money else I will go to consumer court.
