Shopkaar.com — redmi 4 black mobile not received

Updated by rameshbabu1 Ir, i have ordered redmi 4 mobile on www.shopkaar.com and successfully made my payment through debit card. Order id is 120517. At starting the company customer care number told me that they will deliver my order in 5-7 working days. But almost 2months gone but they didn't deliver me the product and did not give any tracking details of products. Now customer care number is always engaged and they also don't reply my any email. Pls sir i request to you to take a legal step against the company and i want refund my money as soon as possible... I will be grateful to you... Thanks
