I had ordered 2 products from Shopkin, they confirmed the payment through Razorpay and product shall be delivered within 12-14 days. The order date was 26 March. I kept writing to them, but there was no revert. Today I shared this concern on Razorpay support, they have acknowledged my complaint and wrote to me that they will look into this.
This is very sad that anyone can make an e-commerce platform and loot people.

This is a humble request to Consumer Complaints that strict policies should be made for the registration of these platforms.
