Shopkin.in — not responding after receiving online payment

I placed an order on april 7, 2019 for rupees 1380 on shopkin.in
. After successful payment, i received a message on my mobile number with #32383 as my order number. They gave [protected] as their customer care helpline number but to no use. Their website looks so genuine with ssl, domain purchased from godaddy.com and using razorpay (Bangalore based reputed company) as their payment gateway. These things compelled me to purchase online. But sir, i don't want this to happen to anyone. Please take strict action against these fraud people. It is the hard earned money.

Please suggest is there any possibility of getting my money refunded. And can we ask razorpay to find out both party accounts which are used for transactions.
