Shopkio — not refunding the product

I bought saree from shopkio. There were two sarees for the total cost of 1565. The quality was not that as it was shown in the photo. As per the agreement there was the refund policy for the product. When i received the product on seeing the bad rough quality of the cloth i asked the company to return the product on the ground of its poor quality but the company denied to refund the product.
