Dear shopmonk team.. I have ordered an item (Order no. 952674). Since 8th october, 2016. I wrote a cancellation email 9th october 2016 to you. After 25 days you didn't cancel my order and not refund my amount. I trying to call your customer care executive so many times but he/she didn't take my call. I am facing totally bad customer care experience by you. Pls take some serious decision to my request and cancel it. Give my refund immediately.
