Mobile phone redmi 2 prime ordered on 8 august 2016 not recieved even after a month. payment done by card . no refund . no replies to countless mails. their number also out of service or they wont pick up.We have booked a Mobile phone redmi 2 prime at www.shopmonk.com on 8 august 2016 . Payment of Rs.5990/-was done through hdfc credit card against transaction ID 6027b0cec877ab05f5a2947be12d64. They confirmed that phone will be delivered within 15 days but the same is not recieved even after a month. We have checked many times status of our order We also have called many times on phone no.
