Shopnineteen — Online payment made but order not received

I placed an order on shopnineteen site worth Rs 2739 on 14th February and paid online for it via debit card on the next day. I haven't received my order yet and if they are unable to fulfill it, please help me get my money back.
My order number is[protected]. When I track my order it shows confirm but no other information. I didn't even receive a confirmation mail
