12 August 2015 Payment Id 40864049 I placed order with shoponindia for combo offer with assured gift of DELL laptop as we had conversation on mobile with company on 12Aug. I received combo offer on 24Aug. When I asked for assured gift they give me excuses. I have deal for only laptop and I asked him for many time for this deal I told him I have interested in only dell laptop in this offer and finally I asked for refund on 01 September first they denied to do so and then sent me e mail where I am asked to return their products first then they will deposit the paid amount of rupees 7999. As I have already become the victim of the company once I don't want to repeat the same by sending their products first. Most of our communication was telephonic.
