I have ordered samsung tablet through shoponn and was promised delivery on 30th may 2020. I still haven't got the product and their contact number is not working. I have paid rs 19564 through netbanking....

I purchased product on 11-apr-2020. Or no: orn[protected] and paid amt through paypal they can't give option from cash on deliver. But still not received my items. I m calling customer care and doing mails customer support but they can receive and not answer my mail. Please help me to refund my amount

I have placed an ordere on 18th april. But still it is not shipped and delivered. I tried to contact shoponn many times but we are unable to contact them. They are not receiving any calls and not responding to any of our mails. Also we are unable to cancel the order. We requested for order cancellation and refund through mail but no response from them. Similar to me there are plenty of customer suffering with the same issue. Sab big fraud...

This company SHOPONN is A fraudulent company who cheats consumers by grabbing money. They dont have ethics and their main aim to to make products online and drag it for a long time thinking that the customers will forgive and forget.
In my case it is since 09th March, 2020 they are just dragging by just sending emails by promising all rubbish.

My pre paid - order id: orn[protected] dated march 23rd 2020, never got delivered, there has been no response of emails i have written & their helpline number [protected] never works.

As now with new govt. Guidelines the postal & courier services are delivering but my package never left the warehouse as per the courier service provider...

It doesn't show any progress of dispatch of order, so i have doubt about integrity of this website. I have ordered items from shoponn on 22April 2020 and it was showing that items will be delivered by 25-27 April and today is going to 2 months until now I haven't received my item nor my money. I tried calling them from 2 months but no one answer call and most of time it shows busy and also i email them 3-4 times but no response.
I recommend all not to buy from them they are chater and company is fake.if you want to know more review...

Prepaid Order ORN[protected] has been placed successfully on[protected] and no update yet not delivery, no replay to mail & no one pick up call... such a fraud site & management... please deliver asap or refund with fine ......

They all are scammers. Scammers i dont know This guys are Fraud. i never received my products. I saw all the reviews on google all are claiming them frauds.i want my money back.

I had placed order on 03rd april '20 and is not delivered yet. Initially, when i reached their number ([protected]) someone called neha requested me to wait for few days as courier services are not available in their area due to lockdown. Now, when i am trying their numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) are either not reachable or switched off. No reply on emails either. Surprisingly, numbers: [protected], [protected] are now removed...

I have paid for two orders for materials booked on 13th April and 27th April by credit cards. They took two months to deliver an item. After one month i raised a request to cancel the order but nobody replied. I mailed them over 5 times to cancel the order but no reply at all.
Finally the package arrives and i am still requesting them to reverse pickup the order but they are not responding. I call them and the phone says switched off.

Never order from this site. It should be banned...

I have placed an order on 27.04.2020 with total amount of rs 466. They promised to delivered within 2-3 days but till now i didn’t get any updates from their end. I have tried to contact them but they are not able to answer my emails as well as not picking up the phone. Indeed there is no order cancellation option available on their page.

I place a order for diapers. They need 10 to deliver but after 8 days they send me a email and said order amount is less . I have place one more order greater then 1000 only they can send my first order with my second order....
