Dear Sir/ Madam, I ordered a legging and lakme lip colour from shopper stop. Both prodcuts are defective and of poor quality. But now when i am trying to return it, their site is not at all responding. Webpages are improper. So i am not able to place a return . Infact their contact us page is also not working.
