Shoppers11.com — Refund due not paying back. Fake company shoppers11 | |||||
I have ordered nike shoes from this website and provided with fake duplicated products. I called on their customer care number they said send us the product back by your own courier service and we will issue a refund with courier charges. I send the product on the very next day and they received the product back after quality test they said said they will refund in 7 days. This procedure was completed on 20th february 2016 and i call them daily to refund but they give excuses. I got agitated i said this is my hard earned money and i will drag you to consumer court. After saying this they said first apply in consumer court then we will refund the money and lots of abuse.. This is not done Why people of this country are not afraid of laws and their is no proper mechanism to complaint against these fake start-ups who are swallowing common man's hard earned money. Please solve the matter and this company should be banned for trading in india Was this information helpful? | |||||

Contacted them & Sent it back and provided them with a courier confirmation. Once they recvd. the item they simply refused to return my money with a guy claiming on phone "Jo Karna hai Kar lo, Yahan police le aao phir paisa wapas milega"

yes its a fake company bro, check and confirm before buying good from this website. Just imagine how you can get a nike product with 70+ discount, even their official website cc are confused with this shoppers11 website. When I last contacted the Nike official website they mention it is fake . Beware of Fraud company its our hard earn money. If possible file a complain and move this case to court. It will help.
