Shoppersstop.com — Cancelled partial order without any reason

Shopperstop has cancelled my partial order without any reason, i checked the ordered products & they are well in stock. And not even received any refund. I had sent the query to [protected]@shoppersstop.com but there is no response. Out of 5 i have received 3 items & 2 items are cancelled. I would prefer the items instead of refund.
