We have purchased dinning table set last year on 4th april 2018. We got 3 years warranty. One of the chair is getting loose so i called customer care to log complaint and send engineer to fix this. Alisha (Customer care executive) told me that store is closed and she is not able to track the same. She kept me on hold for 5 mins and then disconnected. I must say this was not expected from such a brand company. I need resolution immediately.
