[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — Money got deducted without order placement

Hi Team, I have tried to do a purchase on Shoppers Stop website on 31/12/2022. But even after the successful payment the order not got placed. So I raised ticket for refund and after multiple calls with customer service team got a confirmation that the refund got triggered on 02nd January 2022. But till today (15/01/2022), I haven’t received the refund. Tried to reach the customer service team couple of time but they are not ready to support. The only response is to wait for the refund but they are unable to give a timeline. CAS[protected]G1Z3R0 - this is the ticket reference with Shoppers Stop. Please check and support ASAP.

Refund got credited today (17/01/2022). As per the company’s claim they have processed it on 02/01/2022. I would say like the company very bad customer service.
