[Resolved]  Shoppersstop.com — Money got deducted without order placement

Hi Team, I have tried to do a purchase on Shoppers Stop website on 31/12/2022. But even after the successful payment the order not got placed. So I raised ticket for refund and after multiple calls with customer service team got a confirmation that the refund got triggered on 02nd January 2022. But till today (15/01/2022), I haven’t received the refund. Tried to reach the customer service team couple of time but they are not ready to support.
