[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — Pathetic servicing and not getting reverse pick up done | |
Hi
I purchased a pair of jeans from shopperstop.com banking on the Shopperstop brand name.
The jeans didnt fit and I requested for a reverse pick up and refund back as they didnt have another size - I was given a request no. and assured it would be picked up in 1-2 days - its been 14days+ and they STILL HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO PICK IT UP DESPITE 6+ TELEPHONIC REMINDERS AND MAILS
again as I was expecting 2 packages - the courier person by mistake gave me another person's package - I called them back to inform about the mistake BUT AGAIN SHOPPERSSTOP IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THIS MISTAKE OR THE FACT THAT SOMEONE ELSE PACKAGE HAS BEEN MISPLACED - ITS BEEN 14+ DAYS AND THIS TOO HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP DESPITE SEVERAL REMINDERS TO THEM
DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPPERSTOP ONLINE SITE - OTHER SITES LIKE MOMANDME.COM, MYNTRA, FLIPKART ETC ETC ARE much better
extremely unprofessional service .!
