I am awaiting resolution on delivery of 2 eGVs vide below ORder numbers:

But I am not getting these delivered on my email or even alternate email.
Repeated calls and emails have not helped in resolving this. I had ordered total 11 vouchers and received 9 vouchers on same email but these 2 not received which is very surprising and astonishing.
Its been 7 days since I had placed the order without any resolution.
Please provide me escalation matrix and contact of Senior Management of Shoppers Stop for resolution of my complaint as I am sure Senior Management of Shoppers Stop will not want such an experience for their customers when they purchase online especially during these COVID times when online shopping and ease of doing same are most important. The resolution of my dispute and silence over numerous emails I send is not desirable at all.
There is no Escalation Matrix provided by Shoppers Stop to escalate complaints. The consumer complaints redressal process is very bad and unorganised.
Please help in resolution of my issue with delivery of Gift vouchers or refund my money back.
