I had placed an order for sports shoes with shopping outlet on 23/07/2016 through online and with making full payment. when i inquired about delivery status of my product after @ 07 days from date of order, i was told that due to heavy rain product was not dispatched. after 5 days i. e. on 05/08/2016 again i made an inquiry on customer care number and i was assured that product will be dispatched today and i was given blue dart reference no. when i checked that number on blue dart trekking website, to my surprise, i found message that no such reference number is available. so i again i called on customer care number on 09/08/2016 again received same answer and i was given same reference no. so i again checked it with blue dart trekking website, not to my surprise, i found message that no such reference number is available. hence again i called customer care no. on 13/08/2016 but i was given answer that the server is down so will contact you once it is o. k. i received no call from them so again i booked complain on customer care email id and i got reply on 13/08/2016 it says that we are writing to you regarding your recent purchase with us, due to some stock issue, the shipment would delay for next 2 to 3 days. even after that reply, 10 days has passed i have not received my product. every time i have received different excuses/ reasons for delivery of my product when i inquired about delivery.
