Shoppingnsaving.com — Order # 1119 not executed from last 3 months

Hi, This is regarding the order I made on www.shoppingnsaving.com for amount INR 1999/- bearing order # 1119. Payment has been made via Internet Banking for amount INR 1999/- on 24th April 2015. After taking so many follow ups from Customer Support, I didn't got any response from them. Neither the item has been delivered nor the payment has been refunded. Shopping N Saving is robbing the consumers all over India. Please stop this crap. I don't want others to get robbed. And, now the trust of mine on online shopping is not anymore now. Help us.
