[Resolved] Shopsy — Missing item - Refund or Replacment | |
My order id is OD[protected] I ve purchased 17th July 2022 on exampler maths & science which is ₹345, through shopsy app but I received on 25th July only science exampler book and maths book is missing on that parcel. So I raised that day itself for refund/ replacement . But still I didn't get proper solution, the seller rejected my replacement query each time even though I sent proof of video to customer care. The video proof which I was took while opening the parcel, I ve attached herewith for your review. Kindly resolve the problem and refund the amount of missing item The customer care service have Blocked my account in shopsy because I raised the replacement too many time for this issue. The seller sent one book to customer and took 2 book cost if we raised compliant against seller the shopsy site block my account. In this way the treat the issue in my case. Aug 18, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved The flipkart shopsy customer service sent mail, that the seller rejected my replacement. That only I got from shopsy by email id [email protected], [email protected], no- [email protected] And they Blocked my account for multiple queries which I raised.
This way they resolve my issue and blocked my account.
Didn't get any refund for missing item.
How they said they resolved the query. I don't know without replacment/ refund? How they marked as resolved.
