Shree Anjani Courier — Delayed in Shipping

I booked one courier from Karnal (27July) and he said it will deliver in a day but its not happened as next day (28 july) its rain which is genuine reason but next to next day (29 July) my packet receive dat sahibabad UP office at 10 AM when i called the available person Dharmender to track my packet he was rude and said nobody is available wil deliver tmrw not today i said its urgent but still he denied by request. Then i called grivence number that person is also very rude no idea why he hired to resolve grivencies he said you should wait and disconnect the call please dont use these type of couriers who didn't fulfill there commitments. Docket number is [protected]. Please help to take actions and close these type of delivery companies. i saw lots of complaints against them please do some action
