[Resolved] Shree Morya Tech Infra Pvt. Ltd — Not refunding my money after cancellation.

I have booked a flat from Shree Morya Tech Infra Pvt. Ltd and the builder name is Avinash Raskar . I have paid 2 lacs and even after one year they never started the project. So i decided to take refund. After cancelling my booking they have paid 1 lac and remaining one lac they are avoiding to pay. They have given 3 cheques and all the 3 cheques bounced. Please don't buy any property from this builder or else you will suffer like me. Rajan Singh #[protected]

I have lodged complaint with Shivaji Park, Dadar Police Station, from there I understand that there are lot many complaint already lodged with them and also with Kamothe police station and that Police have caught Mr. Avinash Raskar. Is anybody knows about further progress in this issue.
