Purchased a red coral from shree nakshatra gems from kangra GIN NO- .c786515 weight.800 mg want to replace already marked a mail given email id shreenakshatragems" but all in vain as not received any proper responce regarding the replacement and giving any proper details this is mental harrasment for me ...my address sushant vpo tiara tehsil and district kangra himachal pradesh -176214 mobile no -[protected]/[protected].

Till date my red coral has not replaced... I submitted it on 7/07/2016 it is almost 5 months... I had marked a several mails to the company email id, given all the details and tried every thing to get my gem... But all in vain, they do not even bother to reply on my mails.. I am tired with all this non responsive approach and this is mental harassment... For me... I want it replaced this week... At any cost...
this is a mental harrassment for me they stuck my money ...now i want my money back and new red coral ...for this approach..for me now tired of all this non responsive approach ...want my red coal gem this week asap and also want the answer for this non responsive approach ...is this the way how they treat the customers ...not acceptable ..anymore...
