I, Prathamesh Damle had put a parcel to be delivered at Dombivli East office and I was told that the parcel will be delivered by end of the next day. However, the parcel is still not delivered and the tracking functionality is not working on your website. It is an example of subpar service provision from your side and I regret sending my parcel through your service. I will not recommend this to anyone and further I will be complaining to consumer body. Nobody picks up the phone at your office, office is shut and tracking system does not work.
You do not take customers seriously and defrauding them is a serious problem. Tracking ID for my parcel[protected]
