I taken 6 laks lone from Shriram finance Chilakaluripet branch on feb-2015 terms 36 months i have paid EMI Rs-25117/-Total l i have paid 5.02 laks on this oct-2016. but i have asking for closing amount now he was told me still 3.46 lakhs due for closing how to this.I Have observed they are collecting interest 28.92% but agent told me 14 % only please look in to this issue
and how to proceed this

note - i have asking so many times by phone and mails but there is no reply this issue
