I would like to lodge complaint against medical store – " shree shivayogi medical store, ig road chikmagaluru, chikmagaluru dist, karnataka. 577101.

There is no person with b pharma in that medical shop and they have some b pharma person to sign the medical shop but actually they don’t have any b pharma guys working there. they are selling food items which leads contamination of drugs as well as food (Chocolates).
Please take needful action against this store as he is playing with the life of people for sake of money.
