My awb No. is[protected]. the status shows that it is in ghaziabad main hub since 03.11.2023. when i didnt received the parcel till 09.11.2023, i inquired about my parcel from the local post office where they said that it has been delievered. but i have not received any courier.
they dont have any proof of delievery and are continously saying that we have deleivered and we dont know anything more. moreover, they have stopped taking my calls. i am helpless. my courier is lost somewhere becaue of their negligence and I am in irreparable losses.
