Shreyanshi Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. — Complaint against fraud and not refunding the fees

I am harshita singh from raipur, chhattisgarh. I registered in shreyanshi consultancy for mta-certification in python programming at kolkata that was scheduled to be held in the month of june, 2017. When i enquired them about batches in june for this course, they said it is available so i registered and made complete payment of inr 8925 on 09.04.2017. My friend named rupali gupta also registered for the same and paid the complete amount i. E. Inr 8925. Then after some days i called them and asked for the date on which the classes will start so they told me that there is no batch available in the month of june while earlier they said they have. So then i asked them to refund my money, then they told me send the bank details. They asked me to send any one bank account details in which they will transfer the amount of refund of both o[censored]s (Me and my friend). I sent my account details on 08.05.2017 to the email id - [protected]@mtacertification.com but they have not refunded our money yet. Whenever we used to call they said that the person who handles the finance department is out of station and gave us silly excuses and now whenever we call the line is busy, i don't know if they have blocked our number or what but this is really disgusting behaviour.
I am really feeling cheated and disgusted by their behaviour. I just want my money back.
