They quoted a price for moving a bed from Noida to Patna. After collection they sent a bill which was double the quoted amount. Having paid 80% of the initial amount they then asked to pay the rest else they will not deliver. I refused to pay until they delivered and agreed to pay on delivery. They stopped taking my calls and I did not receive my bed after that. Was this information helpful? |
