Today on 04/07/19 i am sending this complaint on behalf of my mother who is 84 years old having consumer number 54662 with the above vendor.
My specific complaint is that gas is never delivered at home by above agency. I received sms for booking on 13.06.19 but till yesterday it was not delivered then i went to the agency today. It was to my utter surprise that a lady with spects was sitting on the counter and not behaving well / giving proper reply to any customer. When i enquired whether agency has stopped home delivery of gas the reply was “ aapko gas lena hai to card dijiye ”.
No receipt issued to customer.
Very poor customer service at the whims of agency. Every body were silent because of ill behaviour and black marketing by the agency.
I request your vigilance depth to make surprise check in the morning hours then things will be very much clear.
I think in this age customer should not be harassed for gas.
