I had booked a flat nh 303 at shriram smrithi apartment, bangalore. I have paid rs 100, 000/- towards booking amount on 16 nov 2018. Due to personal reasons i have reconsidered my decision hence wanted to cancel the booking. So on called the sales person (Jaison) from shriram properties who coordinated with us on booking, and he asked us to send a mail confirmation on the cancellation and said it would take 2 months for refund. We have sent the cancellation mail on 28th dec 2018. Later, jaison informed us that he is leaving the company hence gave us the details of another shriram properties employee (Sridhar) to connect on the same. We have contact sridhar on 14th jan 2019 and again forwarded the cancellation mail to him. When followed up with him he told he has already forwarded the mail to the cancellation team. Then he asked me to directly contact the cancellation team. I contact mohan and srirama from shriram properties, who again asked to to send them mail on cancellation. I did it again on 26th feb 2019. Every time when i call them to check on the status, they treat as new request and say it is under process. Today, i called manjula (Ph: [protected]) (Srirama's manager), she was straight away saying it under process and not committing on any timeline. They say it would take 2 months to get the refund but no one is working on my request and just holding my money with them. Basis my cancellation request i should have got my refund by march. Now its june and still they say under process. Please help me to get the refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
