Issue : I booked an apartment with Shriram Greenfield (Phase 2), Budigere, Bangalore in year Nov, 2019.

Due to few issues in the scheme from the builder end, I had to cancel my agreement. They promised to give back my amount which is close to 3 Lakhs (I havent mentioned the exact numbers).
In the year 2020, Since May this issue has been going around in email where the mails are exchanged between the hierarchy and every time they promise me that the refund will be initiated but they do not give it back. I have been writing back to back mails but their response is too late. My calls aren't answered every time too. Out of 10 calls, 1 calls is answered.
The mails gets escalated to higher management in few months and the other person promises to close my issue but nobody does.
In the year 2022, Again I was promised that my refund will be done by March end but we are again at April and I do not see this going further.
Resolution : I am requesting for my refund here.
I have attached email screenshots. One image shows that the refund was confirmed on Oct, 2020 and another screenshot of recent year affirming on the status but no results yet.
Such actions is very disappointing where the builder makes the customers wait for their refund for years and no proper communication is sent. (until the customer writes a frustrated email).
Now this issue is with Mr.Mahesh and Mukesh From Bangalore office.
I am requesting for my refund here please.
