I have booked two flats at shriman Ane on Jan 2022 and another on Mar 2022 with booking amount of Rs 50000 each but due to some unavoidable circumstances I want to drop first booking and want to transfer the booking amount to second flat but they are denying to do and told that booking amount will forfeit as per terms and conditions but during booking coordinator or CRM team did not tell any thing and signed a blank application form.I have contacted several times with them but they behave rudely now I had also mail them but they are not revert back to me.In this regard please do the needful and oblige.
