This is to bring to your notice that the matrimony website - Shubh Milan Matrimony had lured us to register into the website for Rs. 1000 to find a suitable match.
And as per them, a grooms family was interested to also register by paying Rs. 6000.
We had registered and shared the screenshot of the same via WhatsApp chat to confirm the payment.
Initially the login credentials shared with us were wrong, and in the subsequent days with constant follow up with the SPOC we received the right credentials and we had to update all the details in the website.

Since the matrimony SPOC had mentioned that there was a groom's family who were interested, we were again following up for weeks with the SPOC to provide us the details. And there was no confirmation from their end. After continuous follow up, the SPOC very recklessly said that the system was hanging and all the profiles were deleted and they had no back up to retrive. For a matrimony site where many people were reaching out to find their suitable partner they very ignorantly said that all the profiles were deleted from the system and closed the case.

We had to constantly follow up just because only one SPOC was answering our query, there was no other contact also shared with us as an alternative.

Upon calling them on phone for a refund and also asking if there is an office which we can visit initially they told there was an office in Bengaluru to my mother, and later when we asked for the address the SPOC shared the office address which as an apartment in Guntur. But upon checking the website, there was no office address in any part of South India. They stopped answering and also blocked me and my mother on WhatsApp. We had to call from other numbers to get in touch with them.

Kindly note that many could get cheated due to such matrimony sites. Request you to please take stern action and help us with the refund from this fake matrimony
