I have been complaining on customer care of shubham housing finance but no valid response has been received on my query raised one month back.
I took a loan from shubham housing finnace in 2016 with an interest rate of 12.75%.
Till date i have not missed a single emi.
My rate was reduced to 10% when i wanted to get it transferred. All the reduction procedure and approvals happened on email.
In the last 1 year, my interest increased to 12.5% and tenor has also increased without my intimation. Int rate increased that too 4 times an year without any intimation.
Not even a single message. Not even a single mail. Not even a letter. When the interest reduction can be done over emails i fail to understand why would i not receive an email regarding my interest and tenor change
My agreement clause clearly states that i would be informed in writing in case of any interest or tenure changes.
How can i not be informed at all and additionally they are deducting very less principal each month. After so many years today only 300 from my 21000 emi goes towards principal whereas in the beginning it started with 3000. The principal amount deduction should keep increasing every month in ideal scenario. Was this information helpful? |
