I had experience with shubham housing fraud, initially they told interest rate will be 10% but after loan sanction. They told you need to pay 12% interest rate.

Its really shameful act by shubham housing. I will never recommend, beware with shubham housing finance fraud company.

Other banks are taking 8% of interested but they are really shameful on taking 12% of interest rate.
