Shubham K Mart — Damaged product received

I have purchased product LIZA TOUCH CLEAN (STEEL SPIN MOP) on[protected]:59 PM and found damaged while using this product. I was requested to KMART’s staff to check the product, but they are not touch product. While I using this product some water leakage from wheel place. When I return this, they are not accept it and said this was used product so it would not return.

They are sold defected items and not check properly, so customer trust them.

Please look into it.
