Siddhivinayak Enterprises — Inefficiency in service

The intex service center located at the below described address is not providing proper services. I had given my phone on 23/10/15 to sort out some hardware problem. But the problem has not been solved till date. Moreover according to service center which has been delaying services for about 1 month now while the work should have been completed by 2/11/15. Now they are saying they will repair it till 18/12/15, but I don't trust them as they have been shifting dates since I gave them the phone. I also live far away from the service center and had to visit them only in vain and also spent a lot of money in travelling. Thus my request to you is that strict action be taken against them as i speak for all the customers that fall in this trap every time .
