Dear sir,
I'm dinesh from chengalpattu i complaint into chengalpattu to tambaram bus number 500. Daily i travel chengalpattu to ambattur chennai. Chengalpattu to tambaram bus service very worst. No proper timing. Morning and afternoon and then night. Morning time 8clk to 9clk bus start time not proper timing. Driver and contactor very worst answer. Then afternoon tambaram 2pm to 4pm no bus public very sad this route. Tambaram Night 8.45 to 9.30 no bus service. Tambaram bus stop ladys Night no safety. Tambaram to chengalpattu route public ladys and child waiting bus stop no service. This complaint last 4years same problem. 😔 😔 please arrange proper time sir. My request for Every 15min once bus start. Daily this route suddenly bus start continues one by one 4 or 5 bus coming back to back to empty bus is running. One bus passanger count 10 members. After 1hr ladys free ticket heavy crowed 1hr no bus very worst govt staff this route anyone question not proper answer tambaram railway station side bus announcement person bad name. I ask when come in cpt bus he is no response bad words. Public very name for cpt to Tbm bus service. Thank you so much Sir 🙏🏻
