I am facing a lot issue both mentally and physically by Siemens India service centre.
The technician which they snet for top end machine is not well trained one or know about this machine even though I mentioned to sent senior technician since it’s top end machine. He just calling a senior guy and repair the machine buy getting advise from him., A simple example is my machine is running only at 1000 rpm instead of 1400 rpm. The technician said the board is locked and I need to replace the board (I have replaced this board recently the technician did not install the board properly). So I have replaced the board and paid for this again. The same issue occurred after few months when company technician came that guy has changed the setting to run at 1400 rpm. Which indicate the issue is not in board it’s due to lack of knowledge of that old service technician. Due to that I have paid again.
I have already spent around 35 K. I have faced issue again and they said now drum is damaged and they offered me to upgrade to new machine with 25% discount from MRP (showroom is already giving 20% discount from mrp). I told them I already spent 35 k I can’t able to pay again 60k to buy new machine so I requested them to repair n I told them I will pay for it. They agreed.
They said with in a week they will replace the drum after a week when I call them they said the part is not available. They requested for another week. After five weeks like this they said part has arrived but technician is not available and then they requested for another week. But they said same for another 3 weeks.
After nearly 2 months now they are saying we can’t able to repair your machine and requested me to upgrade to new machine which highly un ethical. They agreed to repair my machine but after two month they are asking me to upgrade.
The reason they are saying my machine has crossed the safety and economical repair terms.
My machine is only 8 years old currently most of the manufacturer are giving 10 years warranty.
Moreover they did not said about this when I initially repair my machine or when I purchased.
The original reason is they are not sure about the exact issue. If the technician could not able to identify the exact issue then who is responsible for that.
i can’t able buy nee machine since I have already spent 35k. Was this information helpful? |
