This is to bring to your notice that it has not even been a month since our Kitchen appliances were commissioned that we have been facing frequent issues in the Siemens Freezer.
First time it was informed that the door wasn't properly installed and that it was supposedly fixed. Still the problem persisted.
Then they again made a visit but the onsite technician said that he will have to escalate to his senior as he was unable to diagnose the issue.
Then a senior person visited only to inform us that there seems to be a faulty gas problem and needs to be refilled, clearly indicating a faulty machine.
Then on another visit the gas was filled but he informed that some other component is faulty and needs to be ordered!
During every visit some new issue is reported.
No reputed global company like Siemens would give such sub-standard products & poor service to its customers and would be deeply concerned with its reputation.
Instead of giving a proper resolution they are doing temporary fixes with faulty products.
