Siemens Home India — washing machine complaints not attended to | |||
We had approached Siemens Help desk on 11/6/2019 regarding non functioning of our Washing Machine. On 12/6?2019 Mr Anant the engineer came to check the fault and before checking the machine, he charged us Rs 800/- towards visiting charges vide receipt number[protected] dt 12/6/2019. We were told that the drum and shock absorber of the machine has broken. We were told by Mr Anant that the matter will be resolved by 13/6/2019. Nobody came on 13/6/2019 and we contacted the office in the evening. A lady said that the engineer has not placed any order for replacement of drum. She informed that we have to pay Rs 10000/- for the drum. We agreed to it and placed the order, with a promise from the office that the matter will be resolved on 14/6/19. The pain started on 14/6/19 when we contacted the Engineer and the lady, Ms Vidya in office. She gave us number of Satish Jadhav. He informed that we dont have the drum in stock and that it is being brought from Germany by courier. It will take 8 days to come. We lost the patience aqnd asked for the phone number of higher authorities. We were denied of providing any number. Lady Vidya started shouting at us for bothering them and that she would not help us at all. She told us to do whatever we want to. We are shifting to Vizag on 18/6/2019 and thats why we are in a hurry to get the work done. But given the behavior of your staff we feel repented for purchasing a Siemens Machine.
