It took some days for Siemens to send a man home, after much chasing. Then he said that the power module was bust - it will cost 8500 rupees.
Its been 2 weeks, every 2 days they assure us it is coming in 2 days, . It is also very difficult to get through to them, the BPO has no clue, they are polite and stupid and useless, which is their role. Keep it up guys, you deserve your job, and the security and growth that goes with it!
The Service provider never gets back to us, and they are the actual guys who DO WORK. The call centres and the Branch offices are zombies who forward mails (I guess) but are really useless and ineffective.
Let me say it once more, because you are probably one of them, you are useless and ineffective and a drain on consumer time and resources. Was this information helpful? |
